Step 1: Thaw the okra, place it on a paper towel and dry thoroughly.
Step 2: Heat the oil, add the okra and fry. Mixing occasionally until the okra is browned on all sides.
Step 3: Add the garlic , and continue frying for another 3 minutes.
Step 4: Mix the ingredients of the sauce. Add the sauce to okra.
Step 5: Add tomatoes last little bit and cook for about 6 minutes (watch okra does not soften). Can be eaten hot or cold according to preference.
