Step 1: Put soy sauce on rice.
Step 2: Heat wok with 1 T oil.
Step 3: Mix egg mixture and make omelet. cut into pieces to add to rice.
Step 4: In same wok, heat with sesame oil.
Step 5: Add onions, mixed veggies, ham and shrimp; keep stirring. Lastly add rice, stir until hot adding egg, toss.
Step 6: Top with chopped green onion.
