Step 1: Put veggies on a baking pan on top of parchment paper, drizzle olive oil on them,
Step 2: Toss to coat, spread them out evenly in the pan, grind some black pepper on top, cover the pan with foil, and roast for approximately thirty minutes.
Step 3: Make sure you shake the carrots and onions in the pan every ten minutes so they roast evenly.
Step 4: Pour on bbq sauce and cook uncovered 5 minutes until sauce is bubbly.
