Step 1: Combine ingredients for green onion sauce and set aside.
Step 2: Trim excess fat from pork chops. Pound and marinate 30 minutes.
Step 3: Lightly coat each chop with cornstarch.
Step 4: Let stand 5 minutes.
Step 5: Heat 3 tablespoons oil in skillet over medium heat.
Step 6: Shake off excess starch from chops and brown in hot skillet for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes on each side.or til browned
Step 7: Pour Green Onion Sauce over pork chops and reduce heat.
Step 8: Simmer for 5 minutes.
