Ingredients
- 5 pounds pork butt (coarse-ground)
- 3 teaspoon thyme
- 450 grams breadcrumbs (5 cups)
- 3 teaspoon basil
- 4 large eggs (lightly beaten)
- 3 teaspoon rosemary
- 8 cloves garlic, pressed
- 3 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups water
How to Make

Step 1: Combine all ingredients, mix well, and stuff into sheep casings. Fry in butter or oil.

Note: can be smoked over a light flavor wood for 2 hours.
