Step 1: Heat your salsa for 1 minute in a skillet large enough to hold the eggs
Step 2: Crack the eggs one by one into a smalll bowl and slide into the warm salas
Step 3: Cover with a lid
Step 4: After 1 minute sprinkle on the feta cheese
Step 5: Serve 2 eggs on each slice of toast (or other base)
Step 6: Season with salt & pepper
