Step 1: Dredge chicken in flour to lightly coat shaking off excess.
Step 2: In large pan over medium high heat oil and butter, in batches sear chicken until lightly browned.
Step 3: Transfer chicken to slow cooker, add in carrots and onions.
Step 4: Combine water, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, Sriracha, garlic powder, and ginger, add to Slow Cooker mixing to coat chicken pieces.
Step 5: Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours, Slow Cooker temperatures do vary, I cooked mine on low for 4 1/2 hours, cook until chicken and carrots are done.
Step 6: Great served over rice.
