Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2: In a shallow bowl, combine crushed crackers, garlic salt, and black pepper and mix well.
Step 3: Put eggs In a separate shallow bowl.
Step 4: Dip each pork chop in egg, then in the cracker mixture,
Step 5: And place in a single layer in a baking dish.
Step 6: Put pieces of butter around the pork chops.
Step 7: Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 8: Turn over the pork chops and bake for another 25 minutes.
Step 9: Or until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear.
Step 10: Remove foil during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
