Step 1: Heat a frying pan.
Step 2: Pour-in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. When the oil is hot enough, sauté the onion, and tomatoes.
Step 3: Add the ground meat and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 4: Put-in the bell peppers and green peas.
Step 5: Cook for 3 minutes.
Step 6: Add salt and pepper then stir to distribute.
Step 7: Transfer to a large bowl.
Step 8: Let it cool down.
Step 9: When the cooked ground meat reaches room temperature, beat the eggs and pour into the bowl same bowl.
Step 10: Stir to distribute all the ingredients.
Step 11: Heat a clean non-stick pan.
Step 12: Add the remaining cooking oil.
Step 13: Scoop ⅓ of the egg and pork mixture to the pan.
Step 14: Cook each side for 3 minutes or until you see that the eggs are fully cooked. Avoid over cooking the eggs.
Step 15: Turn off the heat and transfer to a serving plate.
Step 16: Serve with banana ketchup
