Step 1: Place all ingredients in a large bowl,mixing well to assure spices are evenly distributed.
Step 2: Form into patties, refrigerate several hours or overnight to allow spices to blend.
Step 3: In large pan over medium heat fry until well browned and cooked through, with no pink showing.
Step 4: This mixture may be stuffed into small casings, making 3-4 inch links, your guests will be ever so impressed!
