Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In a bowl combine the almonds and sunflower seeds. Spray with nonstick cooking spray; toss; spray again.
Step 3: Stir in honey, salt and vanilla.
Step 4: Spread mixture in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
Step 5: Bake for 10-15 minutes or until nuts are golden brown, stirring halfway through baking time. Let mixture cool completely on baking sheet and then transfer to bowl.
Step 6: Stir remaining ingredients (-sesame seeds) into mixture.
Step 7: Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
