Step 1: Peel, pit and mash the avocados and then combine them with the next 4 ingredients (-cilantro). Season with salt and pepper. Squeeze lime juice over top to prevent the guacamole from turning brown and bury an avocado pit in the guacamole - remove before serving.
Step 2: Garnish with cilantro sprigs if desired and serve with tortilla chips.
