Ingredients
- 6 ounces brandy
- 1 lemon, peel only
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 8 whole cloves
- 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 4 cups brewed coffee (strong black)
How to Make

Step 1: In a fireproof bowl over an open flame or stove combine the first 5 ingredients (brandy - sugar). As the mixture heats, ignite carefully with a match.

Step 2: Use a ladle to stir the liquid for a few minutes. Pour hot coffee into the flaming brandy.

Step 3: Ladle into demitasse cups.
