Step 1: Note before starting: Keep removing sauce every 30 seconds, stir well with metal spoon before returning to microwave, sauce is ready when the chocolate melts, over cooking will siege the chocolate.
Step 2: To make sauce ~ Place the cream & chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat, uncovered, on Medium-High (650watts - 70%) for 2-3 minutes, removing sauce every 30 seconds and stirring well with a metal spoon.
Step 3: You may need 30 sec's or so more than above time stated, pending on your microwave.
