Step 1: Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the box. The last few minutes, Add in grated zucchini, carrots & broccoli; cook a few minutes. Drain very well Mix in the cheese packet. Leave to cool completely.
Step 2: Into a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, yogurt, Italian salad dressing; salt and pepper mixture.
Step 3: Mix in cooled vegetables and macaroni and cheese. Gently mix in chopped eggs. If mixture is dry add in more mayonnaise and/or Italian salad dressing.
Step 4: Refrigerate until ready to serve.
