Step 1: Heat milk in a small saucepan set over medium heat. Once milk is hot (but not boiling), slowly whisk in chocolate until it's completely melted.
Step 2: Adjust heat slightly so the mixture just boils, whisking constantly for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 3: Cool slightly, then pour into two small cups.
