Step 1: Mix all ingredients and microwave until choc chips soften
Step 2: Bottom: Mix everything together in a bowl, except for bananas.
Step 3: Cut bananas into 3.
Step 4: Using butter, lightly fry them until brown & caramelize. Place bananas in an oven proof baking dish. Sprinkle 1/3 cup of sugar & pinch of cinnamon.
Step 5: Dot with dollops of melted chocolate.
Step 6: Top with flour mixture, dot with the rest of melted chocolate.
Step 7: Bake for about 50 minutes at 350 degrees
