Step 1: In a dutch oven over medium heat,add meat and onion then cook until meat is lightly browned and onion is crisp-tender.
Step 2: If needed drain,then return to pan,then add the next 10 ingredients.
Step 3: If you need more liquid add stock and bring to a boil.
Step 4: Cover and reduce heat to simmer let cook for 50 to 60 minutes,or until vegetables are tender.
