Step 1: Heat oil in a large skillet and stir in flour.
Step 2: Cook, stirring, until light brown.
Step 3: Add salt, paprika, brown sugar, lemon juice, onion and water.
Step 4: Mix thoroughly and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 5: Add meat, cover, and cook over low heat until heated through, about 10 minutes.
Step 6: Add olives and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes more.
