Step 1: Place bacon in a skillet and saute until crisp.
Step 2: Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Saute onion in the bacon fat until golden brown.
Step 4: Add celery, tomato sauce, and gravy.
Step 5: Cover and simmer until celery is tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Step 6: Serve over the toast.
