Step 1: Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium high heat. Stir in the flour. Continue stirring & cooking for about 2 minutes.
Step 2: Slowly add your milk, stirring & blending all the time. Bring to a boil stirring until you have a thickened sauce.
Step 3: Stir in the cheeses. Continue cooking & stirring until the cheese has melted.
Step 4: Add salt & pepper.
Step 5: Enjoy.
