Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Drain excess water from corn.
Step 3: Mix cream cheese, butter, corn and salsa together thoroughly.
Step 4: Place in casserole dish.
Step 5: Heat for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Step 6: May garnish with paprika if desired.
