Ingredients
- 1/3 cup champagne vinegar
- 2 tablespoons minced shallots
- 2 teaspoons fresh chopped chives
- 1 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns (crushed)
- 2 ounces bacon slices (2 slices of center cut bacon, cooked and crumbled)
- 12 large eggs (hard boiled)
How to Make

Step 1: Mix the sauce by blending everything but the eggs.

Step 2: Cut eggs in half and pour over the eggs.
