Step 1: Cut the mozzarella cheese into 3/4 inch fingers the same width ad the prosciutto.
Step 2: Place a slice of prosciutto on a flat work surface and place a couple of basil leaves across it; place a piece of cheese on top of the basil and roll the prosciutto around it.
Step 3: Slice it in half and proceed the same way with the remaining ingredients.
Step 4: Place on a serving platter and enjoy!
