Step 1: Put bread into baking pan and toast at 350 F (175 C) for 8 to 10 minutes or until dry, stirring occasionally.
Step 2: Remove from oven place in a large bowl and cool.
Step 3: Mix all the dry spices together. Toss well with the cooled bread cubes.
Step 4: Store in airtight container until needed.
Step 5: Boil 1/2 cup water and 2 tablespoons butter or melted margarine. Add 2 cups bread/seasoning mix. Let sit for 5 minutes.
