Step 1: Base Spread/Dip ... Add the cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, scallions, chives, bloody mary mix (start with 1/2 cup); lemon juice (start with 1 teaspoon), 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce; and, mix to combine. I always start with this base first; then, I can customize.
Step 2: Customize ... Now, I like a bit more horseradish in mine, a bit extra worcestershire sauce; and, a of course a little hot sauce - but, that is totally optional. Also, give it a taste as you go - then, add a bit more lemon; or a bit more bloody mix if you want. And, if you want a thinner dip; add a little milk. Simply add what you like. Cover and chill at least 8 hours before serving. I like to let this rest over night if possible. Obviously, you can make it as spicy as you like. It all depends on the type of Bloody Mary mix you decide to use - they all taste a bit different.
Step 3: Serve and ENJOY! ... Serve with plenty of my 'Peppery Blue Cheese Crackers - http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/peppery-blue-cheese-whole-wheat-crackers-22225;' or, your favorite crackers and breads. And, a tray of vegetables to dip of course.
