Step 1: Mix all ingredients in a bowl, whip.
Step 2: Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3: Let sit for 2 hours or so, whip about every 20 minutes.
Step 4: Makes enough to cover 2 large pizzas.
Step 5: Freezes well. I have never made this with fresh herbs -- yet :).
