Step 1: Dissolve the yeast 1/4 cup water and set aside.
Step 2: Combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center of the flour mix.
Step 3: Pour the yeast mix and remaining water and oil into the well. Mix with a woode spoon until dough rolls into a ball.
Step 4: Turn the dough out onto a floured board. Knead dough 7 to 8 minutes until smooth and satiny.
Step 5: Place dough in a large bowl dusted with flour.
Step 6: Cover and let rise for 90 minutes or until doubled in size.
Step 7: After dough has risen, punch down and stretch into a 16 inch circle, this is a thin crust.
Step 8: Place dough in a flat 16 inch pizza pan.
Step 9: Cover and let rise for 45 minutes.
Step 10: Combine all sauce ingredients in a 2 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Strain out cloves.
Step 11: Let sauce cool to room temperature.
Step 12: Sauce can be made up to two days in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
Step 13: Heat oven to 500 degrees F.
Step 14: Spread 2/3 cup of the sauce over the dough.
Step 15: Mix the cheeses and sprinkle them over the sauce.
Step 16: Bake pizza in oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Step 17: Remove from oven and spread barbecued meat over the cheese.
Step 18: Warm the remaining sauce and spread over the meat.
