Step 1: Prepare gelatin according to the package directions, substituting 7-Up for water.
Step 2: Let cool to room temperature.
Step 3: Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Step 4: Pour into pretty individual salad molds or mold as desired.
Step 5: Let set in refrigerator for several hours.
Step 6: To unmold, dip the chilled mold in warm water for a second before serving.
