Orange Streusel Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 orange (zest of, grated)
- 1 large egg (slightly beaten)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/3 cup oil
- TOPPING
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoon grated orange rind
- 2 tablespoon butter
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2: Stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

Step 3: Stir in orange zest.

Step 4: Mix all the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.

Step 5: Make a well in centre of dry ingredients and add wet ingredients.

Step 6: Mix until JUST blended.

Step 7: Grease and flour an 8" round cake pan.

Step 8: Pour cake into pan.

Step 9: Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over the cake.

Step 10: Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden.
