Step 1: In microwave-safe container or on top of stove, melt chips or Candy Melts with heavy cream, removing once to stir. Stir in cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
Step 2: Pour into shallow pan.
Step 3: Refrigerate 1-2 hours or overnight until firm but pliable.
Step 4: Roll into 1-inch balls, chill again until firm. You can do this my sticking them into the freezer. Reroll into a nice ball shape.
Step 5: Dip into melted candy; roll in sprinkles.
Step 6: Enjoy!
