- 1 1/2 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil)
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup mustard (grainy mustard)
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons gluten (or bread enhancer, optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup cornmeal
- 2 cups bread flour (unbleached)
- 4 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup alfafa sprouts (or other sprouts, separated out of their clump)
- 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
