White Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup half and half (or heavy cream, or a mixture of both)
- 8 ounces white chocolate chips (or squares, broken into pieces, use good quality white chocolate)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Salt (pinch)
- OPTIONAL FOR GARNISH
- Whipped cream
- Mini marshmallows
- Sprinkles (a mix of red and green, for the holidays)
How to Make

Step 1: Add all ingredients to a medium pot over medium heat; heat, whisking frequently, until the chocolate chips have melted and the hot chocolate is smooth. Do not allow the hot chocolate to boil.

Step 2: Divide into mugs. Serve warm topped with whipped cream or marshmallows and top with sprinkles. Enjoy!
