Step 1: In a small sauce pan over medium heat mix together all sauce ingredients, and stir until sugar dissolves.
Step 2: Pat all the chicken cubes dry.
Step 3: Mix together salt and pepper with the flour. Coat the chicken in the mixture.
Step 4: Mix together milk, egg, and vinegar, and take dredged chicken, and dip into the egg, milk, vinegar mixture. Then dredge in flour again.
Step 5: In a medium size saute pan, heat oil. Fry the coated chicken on each side until nice and brown.
Step 6: Set on paper towels to catch excess oil. Toss with lemon sauce.
Step 7: Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and fresh green onion
