Step 1: The day before place oats, flour, flax, water and kombucha (or chosen ingredient) in a pot and mix well; cover and soak 12-24 hours.
Step 2: In the morning, add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce to simmer and cook for a few minutes (maybe 5) until thick. Stir periodically to avoid burning.
