Ice Cream Tarts (WW)

Ingredients
- 1 pint ice cream (vanilla ice cream, fat-free, softened)
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons salted chopped peanuts (roasted)
- 1 package (4 ounce) mini-graham cracker crusts (6 crusts, NOTE: not included in Nutritional Facts)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons half and half
How to Make

Step 1: Using a food processor, put in ice cream and the peanut butter and pulse until the peanut butter is swirled into the ice cream (about 4-5 pulses). Add peanuts and pulse 2 more times. Spoon 1/3 cup of ice cream mixture into each crust.

Step 2: Mix the honey and half and half together, drizzle mixture over each tart.

Step 3: Freeze until firm - about 3 hours.
