Step 1: Cook the rotini as directed on the package.
Step 2: While the pasta is cooking, cook the ground beef, onion, and seasonings in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is browned. Stirring frequently to break up the meat. Drain off any fat and return to skillet.
Step 3: Add the soup, water, and corn to the meat mixture. Heat to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until the corn is tender.
Step 4: Stir in the rotini and cook until hot and bubbly. Spoon into 6 bowls and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
