Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Step 2: Place the taco shells on a baking sheet and warm them in the oven, about 8 minutes; keep warm.
Step 3: Meanwhile, heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4: Swirl in the oil, then add the beef, onion, garlic, and seasoning mix.
Step 5: Cook, breaking up the beef with a wooden spoon, until browned, about 8 minutes.
Step 6: Stir in the water.
Step 7: Cook, until the liquid has evaporated, about 3 minutes.
Step 8: Stir in the beans and heat through.
Step 9: Spoon about 1/4 cup of the beef mixture into each taco.
Step 10: Top each with the lettuce, tomato, olives, onion, and sour cream.
