Step 1: Combine ingredients in large bowl.
Step 2: Working in two batches, pulse ingredients in food processor until chocolate is finely ground.
Step 3: Store in airtight container for up to 3 months.
Step 4: Stir 1/3 cup of this mix into 1 cup of hot milk. (milk makes it richer than when made with water) Top with whipped cream or mini marshmallows, if desired.
