Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees; lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan, then coat with Pam cooking spray.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, milk and eggs; blending well. Stir in sugar and spices.
Step 3: Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture, then top with nuts; pressing down onto mixture. Drizzle with melted butter,
Step 4: Bake for 50-60 minutes.
Step 5: Allow to sit 10-15 minutes.
Step 6: Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. Carefully invert baked Pumpkin Crunch into new pan.
Step 7: Top with whipped topping. Serves 12-14.
