Step 1: Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
Step 2: You want the macaroni cooked but not soggy.
Step 3: Rinse cooked macaroni with cold water, drain and put aside in refrigerator until completely cooled.
Step 4: Mince onions, carrots and celery until extremely fine. I like to use a food processor.can use more onion if you wish
Step 5: Once macaroni is completely cool (cold is best),
Step 6: Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper and onion, celery, carrots. Mix well.
Step 7: Add additional mayonnaise if necessary, especially before serving.
