Step 1: Cook bacon and Italian sausage on the stove, before adding to the slow cooker.
Step 2: Add in all the ingredients except the Mozzarella cheese. Stir to combine.
Step 3: Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
Step 4: Add to individual bowls, and top with Mozzarella cheese.
