Step 1: Combine all ingredients; use hands to knead until ingredients are blended. Gently press dough into ungreased pan/s. Before baking, mark rectangle cookie lines with knife to get an authentic bakery look.
Step 2: Bake at 325 degrees F for about 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Don't over bake! these firm us more after resting.
