Step 1: Melt margarine by using the microwave oven (about 10 seconds).
Step 2: Combine turmeric paprika,pepper, and annatto powder; mix well, then add garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir until everything is distributed.
Step 3: Pour-in mixture on warm steamed rice.
Step 4: Gently mix so that the rice is coated by the mixture.
