Step 1: Preheat oven to 325°F.
Step 2: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion, Parmesan cheese and galic; stir in Swiss cheese.
Step 3: Spoon into a 1-quart baking dish.
Step 4: Bake, uncovered for 40 minutes.
Step 5: Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
Step 6: Serve in fondue pot or mini crock pot with cubed bread and/or crackers.
Step 7: Refrigerate any leftovers.
