Step 1: In a skillet sauce the seeds in the oil for 5 minutes; and then transfer them to an engrossed 15 x 10 inch baking dish - spreading them out in a single layer; sprinkle with salt. Bake at 325 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until crisp. Remove to paper towels to cool completely.
Step 2: In a large bowl combine the remainder of the ingredients (almonds - cranberries) and add the pumpkin seeds Toss.
Step 3: Store in an airtight container.
