Step 1: Cut mozzarella cheese into 3/4 inch cubes. Store in refrigerator while preparing the meat.
Step 2: With you hands, mix all the meatball mixture together.
Step 3: Roll golf ball sized balls, then press 1 mozzarella cube into the center and pull the edges of the meat ball around it until it’s a new ball again.
Step 4: Arrange meatballs in slow cooker and cover with pasta sauce.
Step 5: Cook on low for about 6 hours.
