Step 1: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions, sautee until they are caramelized, about 15 minutes. Take out and put onions in a bowl and cool.
Step 2: Once onions are cooled Mix in the rest of the ingredients, adding pepper and Tabasco to your taste and adding more salt if need be. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Stir again before serving.
