Step 1: Blend strawberries in blender until liquid. Add egg yolks and sour cream butter then blend.
Step 2: Mix dry ingredients with whisk. Add wet to dry.
Step 3: Fold in whites.
Step 4: Spray pam.
Step 5: Dont overcook as you want pink not brown.
Step 6: Top with whipped cream and strawberries that you have sliced and tossed in sugar .
