Step 1: Roll the meat into little balls and brown in hot oil.
Step 2: Add veggies (more bell peppers is a plus) and saute until soft.
Step 3: Add soup, water and chili sauce and simmer for 2 hours (it seems too long, I think 15 minutes would be plenty until sauce is tight), 25 minutes stirring occasionally.
